Denisy is a real estate professional and a woman of faith. Leveraging her 15-year experience as a legal assistant in the State of Florida, she learned how to strategically "fight" for her clients. She is able to clearly communicate her value and passion for helping and serving people in three languages (English, Portuguese and Spanish). She approaches every client engagement as a partnership and invests her heart and soul in achieving 100% client success by operating in excellence along the entire client journey. This is the foundation upon which Denisy is committed to building a world-class real estate and property management company right here in South Florida- a place she has called home for over 25 years. Denisy Malden was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where she lived for 17 years. Following her relocation to South Florida, she obtained her real estate license from the Gold Coast Real Estate School. Today, Denisy, her husband and their three children reside in Broward County. She chooses to spend her free time with her family and in developing her interests and gifts in interior design, fashion, event planning, reading, sports/fitness and nutrition.
